PHASE ONE

We propose to initiate a series of 1-2 strategy and planning workshops to gather visual references, ideas and consensus for the project as a whole. Our team will utilize the information gathered during collaboration with your team to develop brand concepts and facilitate an explorative workshop to discuss high-level strategy, upcoming design needs, solidify scope, insights, and recommendations.

We will collaborate, brainstorm and ideate with your team, to develop possible stylescapes, refine and organize a solid directive for the design and development moving forward.

activate method identity design & development

PHASE TWO:

Using the insight and guidelines developed in Phase 1, we will move forward to produce concepts and establish an innovative, customized identity for the Activate Method brand event. 

This phase will include 3 revision rounds. Additional rounds (only if necessary) will be billed at the hourly rate ($95/hr)

*cost of services are estimated based on current outline of scope. 

TERMS:

1. Payment structure: Client may opt to pay in full or monthly cadence with initial retainer. Retainer due upon signing, monthly payment due within 2 days of invoice. Payment may be made via bank transfer or debit / credit card. Client must agree to autopayment upon acceptance of monthly payment option.

2. Resources needed for the design, such as fonts, stock photos, and icons, are not included in the prices above. Those will be paid for by the client, and the rights to use them shall be theirs.

3. Additional work for components that appear in the scope of work will be charged $95 per hour (e.g. beyond the number of revisions described).

4. New components that are not described in the scope of work will be assessed in a new estimate.

5. Business day count starts only after the client provides all resources requested, such as images, contact details, etc.

6. Usage rights: After the work is completed and payment has been received, the client will own the rights to the design.

7. In case of project cancellation after the work has started, the client will pay for the relative part of the work.
