The Desoto Independent School District project was a collaborative effort to rejuvenate the visual appeal of the district's branding to increase enrollment and reflect the modernized STEM and technical initiative rollout of the district.
What we Did: Scopetheory re-developed the brand guidelines and established a fresh arsenal of logos, OOH media, print, digital assets and corporate event collateral for multiple divisions of the District including A2E2, The Unified Progress and Career & Technical Education programs, over a year-long initial campaign generating a $7.2 million dollar increase in revenue and enrollment.
All 7 schools in the district received new logos and umbrella-branded collateral to fit the district's guidelines. DISD launched a completely new technology magnet academy, Katherine Johnson Academy in the fall of 2018 for which Scopetheory developed branding and logo for the school.
Scopetheory also developed logo, OOH media, print and digitial assets and corporate event collateral for other divisions of the District, including A2E2, The Unified Progress and Career & Technical Education programs.

One of Dallas' premier property developers in luxury construction enlisted Scopetheory for their latest local venture.
What we Did: Scopetheory re-branded the entire Cedars Collection - a historic downtown Dallas neighborhood renovated with luxury multi-million dollar townhomes, apartments, exclusive access to city views and fine dining.
Phase I included establishing and designing identity and development, marketing collateral and signage to match the upscale market and design of the firm and residential builds. Through our 6-month revamped marketing rollout, updated design and innovative approach, the 16 townhome units and 75 boutique apartments leased at 95% capacity before construction wrapped in summer 2021.
As the construction continues through 2023, Phase II will incorporate an elite state of the art co-working space, convenience store like no other and breaking ground on a new park. Scopetheory has renewed contract through 2025 to continue the brand guidelines and creative marketing directive for the Phase II identity and execution.
In addition to design, our team has also spearheaded their social media overhaul - from campaign planning to social media deliverables that support the rebrand.

During the onset of the COVID-19 lockdowns, there was an increasing need for connection and companionship. The industry disruptive Food Groups co-founders sought to create a safe, social space through their online platform which allowed for users anywhere to sign up for group cooking classes safely.
Challenge: To develop a bold, commercial identity that felt relatable and fun, inspiring virtual date nights and dinner parties for groups of all ages.
